کوالکام تراشه های مودم ۵G شبکه استارلینک را می‌سازد

اسپیس‌ایکس برای ورود جدی‌تر به بازار ارتباطات موبایل، با کوالکام به توافق رسیده است تا شبکه زمینی ۵G سرویس Starlink Mobile را در آمریکا توسعه دهد. بر اساس این همکاری چندساله، تجهیزات مخابراتی کوالکام از سال ۲۰۲۷ در ده‌ها هزار سایت مخابراتی نصب خواهند شد تا استارلینک بتواند در کنار ماهواره‌های خود، از زیرساخت زمینی اختصاصی نیز برای ارائه خدمات موبایل استفاده کند.
